Games of the week in the Pac 12

After a crazy week in the Pac 12, it seems like there are no favorites as of now. Here are the games to watch this upcoming week.

Colorado vs USC (1/11 at 9 PM EST)

This game is looked at in two different ways. Colorado is looking to continue it’s hot streak; they surprised the nation with two big wins over Arizona and Arizona State and will try to continue this against a underachieving USC team. USC, who came into the season ranked 10th in the AP poll, is now unranked and recently suffered a heartbreaking loss against Stanford. This is a big game for them in which they need to win to get back the momentum they had earlier this season.

Prediction: USC by 5

Oregon vs Arizona (1/13 at 2 PM EST)

Two teams who made the Elite 8 last year will battle it out in order to add a big win over the other team to their resume. Arizona, a preseason favorite to finish top 5, had early season struggles, but a few big wins have pushed them back into elite status. A win for the Wildcats would provide a big confidence boost after an ugly game against Colorado. For the Oregon Ducks, they are off to a rough start in Pac 12 play, starting 1-2. They will play this Wildcat team after a tough matchup at ASU, and winning both can strongly help their March Madness resume, as well as provide a much needed boost to a team who don’t look complete.

Prediction: Arizona by 9

Stanford vs Washington (1/13 at 8 PM EST)

These two teams have been upset minded all season, with Washington defeating powerhouse Kansas, who were #2 at the time, and a strong USC team. Stanford, on the other hand are looking to continue their strong play after wins against USC and UCLA last week. Both sit at 2-1 in conference play, and both look like they can be sneaky winners in this Pac 12 conference. The matchup to watch will be Reid Travis of Stanford against Jaylen Nowell of Washington.

Prediction: Washington by 3
